Please read below in regards to our returns policy for different items in our store. Before returning a product to us please contact us via our email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help and direct you through the process.
Handmade mum and baby products:
We advice you to please choose wisely when selecting patterns and designs on our handmade products. Due to hygiene reasons on some of the products and that many of our items are custom one of pieces we do not accept change of mind on these products. If you believe any of your items to be damaged or faulty or not as described, you are able to return them to us for assessment and refund or exchange. Refunds will not be processed until after an item has been returned. Items need to be sent back via tracked postage at the expense of the customer, once the items has been received and deemed damaged or faulty an exchange or refund can be processed for the total amount of the order plus the cost of the return postage. We ask that items be returned in original condition where possible.
Each case will be viewed individually in terms of when the item was purchased and condition of item. If Items appear to have been abused or not looked after we may decline to replace or refund products at our discretion.
All purchase on sale items are final, no refunds or exchanges will be offered, so please choose wisely and read product descriptions.
